Venom Thaw 2020 Postponed.

Greetings Members of the Western Reserve! Over the last few weeks the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has altered our normal way of life. With the health and safety of all our members in mind, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this years Venom Thaw. While we were looking forward to getting together with everyone, we feel at this time it is best to air on the side of caution. If you have already registered and paid for the event, we will issue you a refund as soon as it is possible. Also, if you have already booked your overnight room at the Embassy Suites, you will need to call and cancel your reservations.
