Election News!

As you all are aware, the Western Reserve is in an election year. We are happy to report that we have candidates for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Mike Calder has raised his hand for the position of President, Jenn Kautz has raised her hand for the positions of Secretary and Vice President, and Kevin Keefer will be staying on as Treasurer. For those that may not know Mike, he joined the Western Reserve in 2018 and has a Black with Gold Stripes GEN V. Mike has proven leadership skills and is looking forward to continuing the success of our club. Jenn Kautz is one of the founding officers of the Western Reserve and has a great deal of experience helping run Viper Clubs. Kevin will continue to bring his accounting expertise to the role of Treasurer. Mike, Jenn, and Kevin have a passion for the club, its members, and a desire to continue the growth of our region. Because there were no other candidates for the officer positions, the current board has voted to forgo the election process. Mike, Jenn, and Kevin will assume their new roles on January 1, 2023.

While Jenn will be helping fill the role of Vice President, in addition to her duties as Secretary, the role of Vice President can still be filled by a member if they are interested in the position. So if you have any questions about the role of Vice President don't hesitate to reach out.
