We’re excited to officially announce the details for our 2022 Fall Cruise which will take place September 30 – October 2, 2022 in Hershey, PA! Below are important details so that you can begin planning:
- Registration – To register Please send an email to westernreservevoa@gmail.com The event fee is $110 per person
- Hotel – We’ll be staying at the SpringHill Suites Marriott (115 Museum Drive, Hershey, PA
17033). The room block is open for bookings through August 30, 2022 and the rate is $169 per
night. Please make reservations by calling 717.583.2222 and requesting a reservation under the
“Western Reserve Viper Club”.
- Friday activity – If you are arriving by mid-afternoon on Friday, let us know if you’re interested
in joining a tour of Tröegs Independent Brewing. Tours are available from 3:30-4:30pm and
4:30-5:30pm; the cost is $12 per person. This is not included in the registration fee. Email Craig & Kristen at wenskovitch@gmail.com if
you’re interested and let them know your preferred tour time. They will book on a first come
first serve basis.
- Saturday dinner – We will be enjoying an evening at the AACA Museum. We plan on having a theme like in years past. Stay tuned for details.
