We are pleased to announce that registration for the Venom Thaw is now open! Below you will find details on the cost of registration and a preliminary event schedule.
This year's Venom Thaw is taking place in beautiful Geneva on the Lake, OH.
To register for the event please send an email to westernreservevoa@gmail.com. Cost of the event is $75 per person. Important note...If you have not yet renewed your membership but want to come to the event there will be an additional fee of $20 per person.

Reservations can only be made online by following the steps below...
Instructions for Making Online Reservations:
1. Go to www.TheLodgeAtGeneva.com
2. Scroll down on the home page to the “make a reservation box”.
3. Enter your Check In and Check Out Dates.
4. Click on the “Code Type” drop down arrow.
5. Choose “Group Code” from the drop down and type in your code: 4GK3T0 Make sure you use a zero, NOT a letter "O"
6. Click the ‘Check Rates’ button and pick the room type you wish to book.
7. Fill in your information (At this time, the card you enter will be charged for the first night stay plus taxes and fees.)
8. Click Submit and watch for your confirmation email!
9. Reservations must be made prior to the room block expiration date of: April 5th, 2022
